New Coastal Construction (Pty) Ltd started when four directors, after years spent building someone else's company, decided to build their own. Each brings a different discipline to the table — together, over 30 years of combined experience in the Cape Town construction industry.
We're based in Gordon's Bay and work across the province, from renovations and additions to full turnkey developments and shopfitting. Every project gets the same on-site attention, clear communication and hands-on management, regardless of size.
We work both sides of the industry — private homeowners and insurance-related repairs — and hold both to the same standard of accountability and finish.
